I am Vice President for Humantech, Inc., an engineering and workplace improvement company that works to improve the fit between the worker, their equipment and their work product to achieve significant gains in quality, productivity and safety metrics.
As a consultant and engineer, I have expertise in human-machine interaction and the design/engineering of the workplace. I’ve spent a lot of time on the shop floor and in the boardroom of some of the world’s top manufacturers working hand-in-hand with workers, engineers and executives to make the workplace better.
Having been a consultant for almost 15 years, I have a wealth of international experience with the bruises to prove it. My work has had me working with project teams all across North America, Europe and Asia.
I have also been fortunate to be a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences and a writer for publications on topics including the ROI of Workplace Design and Achieving Excellence in Human Performance.
I spent my youth in Ottawa and Halifax, Canada and currently live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA with my wife and two children.
